Christian Glawe
Christian’s career in media production and design spans over 20 years. In Chicago, he worked in both production (as a PA, grip, audio engineer, camera operator) and post-production (as assistant editor, graphic designer and editor) for a wide variety of clientele, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Jerry Springer Show, J. Walter Thompson, Leo Burnett, and DDB Needham.
He has supervised media projects for Disney’s Educational Institute, the United States Air Force, and the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. He has also edited and designed broadcast programming for Travel Channel, Lifetime Television, WB Network, New Line Cinema, TV Guide Network, G4 Television, Speed Channel, Anheuser-Busch, Time Warner and The Wilderness Society.

Christian graduated from Hampshire College (“Camp Hamp” for those of you who are into obscure liberal arts colleges in the Northeast). He has been a finalist on a televised trivia contest, owned a Native American art gallery and played in the World Amateur Chess Championship.
He is currently training for a half marathon, studying for the North American Open chess tournament and eating Christine’s cooking every chance he gets.

Christine Hartman
Christine started planning corporate meetings in 1999 as part of her position at a financial services company in Florida. She has been a full-time meeting planner since moving back to Los Angeles in 2005. Her 25+ years of experience in live theatre, from acting and writing to directing and producing, bring a unique perspective to the planning process. She is also the supervising producer for all Ice Hat multi-media projects.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Valparaiso University (“Valpo” for those of you who are into obscure liberal arts colleges in the Midwest), with a minor in Theatre/Television Arts. She has founded a women’s theatre company in Chicago, owned a Native American art gallery and produced an album featuring songs written and performed by her and her three sisters.
She has been a member of Meeting Professionals International-Southern California Chapter since 2006 and won the 2006-2007 Rising Star of the Year award. She was nominated for the 2007-2008 Planner of the Year award. She currently serves on the MPISCC Board of Directors as Director of Member Recruitment.
She is also volunteering with hospice, learning Mandarin, helping her parents make wine, training for a half marathon, enjoying her nine niece and nephews, and cooking every chance she gets.
